About The Author

Before developing the clarity and confidence to take her own path in life, Molly was bound to the workings of the system that robbed her energy and enthusiasm for life. She grew bitter with her job as an occupational therapist, overwhelmed with her daily life obligations, and trapped in her own insecurities… leading to a breakthrough of bold decisions.

Along the way, Molly is met with the fears and resistance from subconscious beliefs and maladaptive coping behaviors that stand in the way between her and freedom. With unwavering trust and courage, her persistence prevailed, leaving behind her life, identity, and relationship from the East Coast behind.

Molly’s intuition led her to Hawaii, where she was exposed to a more sacred and intentional way of life. After four years, Molly ventured back out into the world and encountered extraordinary experiences, from going to Iceland for a retreat with Mike Posner to living on the coast of the Mediterranean.

Inspired by her journey, she set out to pioneer a new way—a balanced and holistic way—of living by integrating profound lessons from her life experiences.

In her book, Molly reveals the keys to learning who you truly are and who you truly aren’t. She identifies eight archetypes personas that signify we are living out of fear, imbalances, and conditioning. With this awareness, we can use strategies to reconnect with our bodies and return to our natural state of being.

Molly says, “It is through tuning out the societal noise, finding space, and applying the lifestyle habits and values I want in my daily life that contributed to my success.”
